Join a collegial team of Internal Medicine hospitalists & Acute Care NPs at a state-of-the-art hospital in breathtakingly scenic Minnesota Lake Country.

• 1 physician hospitalist + 2 APP staffing model

• Co-management of surgical patients, along with a mix of medical cases (no peds or OB)

• 6-12 patients per day, with a focus on quality of care, not quantity

• Here, you can truly practice at “top of license,” AND enjoy the peace of mind of having Hospitalist colleagues alongside you to support/answer questions as necessary

• Typical week = four daytime 10-hour shifts (potentially three 12-hour shifts)

• No night shifts & no call

• Extremely competitive compensation: Starting base salary is above 85th percentile (MGMA), plus additional quarterly bonuses
