• A 25-bed critical access hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 11,000 annual visits
• 13 patient care areas
• 2 trauma beds Opportunity:

• BID DUE-7/5/24 @ 3PM EST
• Schedule/Dates of coverage:
• Shift Times: 1100-1900 8hr shifts
• July 26th
• August 2,3,and 4
• August 9th
• August 16th
• August 23, 24, and 25
• August 30 and 31
• September 1 and 2
