Facility:

This facility is a comprehensive healthcare center that provides a wide range of medical services to the community. The Behavioral Health department features an integrated team-based approach with a focus on quality and efficient patient-centered care. The collaborative environment promotes staff resilience and includes a diverse team of 8 physicians, 3 advanced practice clinicians, PhD professionals, licensed social workers, and registered nurses.

Opportunity: NP - Behavioral Health

This is an outpatient clinic position for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate will have training in behavioral health with the ability to see both adolescent and adult patients in clinic and inpatient settings.

Job Details:

• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive healthcare
• Works independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides patient care with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Requires excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Two years of experience strongly preferred
• Must have passion for behavioral health and enthusiasm for joining an engaged team dedicated to community service
• Required qualifications include Master's degree in nursing, current RN and Nurse Practitioner licensure in MN, Mental Health Certification, CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area
• Successful completion of credentialing process required prior to practice

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
