Opportunity: NP/PA - Urgent Care

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established urgent care practice with multiple locations serving the greater Duluth area.

Job Details:

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care
• Work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide care focused on health promotion and disease prevention across diverse age groups
• Practice across multiple locations including Duluth 3rd St. Clinic, Hermantown Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, I-35, Virginia, and Superior, Wisconsin
• Fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting with high level of autonomy
• 1:1 provider to staff ratio with excellent team support
• Opportunity to work at top of licensure
• Desired skills include suturing, ortho experience, positive attitude and innovation
• Shifts: 9am-8pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday (0.9 FTE)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Requires Master's degree in nursing (for NP), current state licensure, CPR certification, and national certification

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
