Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Acute Care

Job Details:
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Works in a fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting • Sites of service include Duluth 3rd St. Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, I-35, Virginia, and Superior, Wisconsin • Enjoy a 1:1 provider to staff ratio with an excellent team • Opportunity to work at top of licensure with high level of autonomy • Desired skill set: suturing, ortho, positive attitude and innovation • New graduates welcome to apply • Full-time position (1.0 FTE) • Shift hours: 9am-8pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday • Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Must have current NP/PA licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin • Requires current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area • Successful completion of credentialing process required prior to practice

Compensation:
