September Open Appointments - Current Vacancies

APRNs are encouraged to apply and serve in representation of MN APRNs and as a demonstration of public service. 

The following are vacancies for various state boards, councils and committees that are accepting applications for a health professional.

BOARD/COMMISSION: Health Care Homes Advisory Committee (1 seat)

DETAILS: Membership shall be 15-16 members of which 25 percent must be consumers or patients in health care homes. Other members include: health care professions such as primary care provider, mental health, nurse and care coordinator (ideally one member from each category); four members to provide statewide representation from health care homes clinics; one health plan company representative, one employer representative, one academic researcher representative, one organization to improve quality representative, three to four consumers, and one state agency representative. BOARD/COMMISSION: External Program Review Committee (2 seats) 

DETAILS: The Committee must include an expert in positive support strategies, a mental health professional, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 245.462; a licensed health professional as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 245D.02, subdivision 14; and a representative from the Department of Health.
