APRN Workforce Survey

Hello Minnesota APRNs, 

Today you should receive an invitation to complete the MN APRN Coalition's annual workforce survey. This year we have tailored it to all four APRN roles and have added some additional job satisfaction questions. 

I strongly encourage you to complete the survey, it is vital to our work that we understand the APRN workforce demographics, job satisfaction, and future work plans to represent you on Capitol Hill and elsewhere. Additionally, this year we will be providing the results of the survey for free. We have heard from MN APRN Coalition members who have used the survey results to effectively negotiate for additional employee benefits. 

The number of questions may initially seem daunting, but we know from years past, the average time for completion is under 10 minutes! Please help the Coalition and all your Minnesota APRN colleagues by completing the survey.
